Auction Terms
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the contract selling price for real estate.
AUCTION LOCATION: Holiday Inn Hurstbourne Parkway, 1325 S Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40222
TRADE OFFERS: Auctioneers will consider trades of other real estate equities as a portion of your purchase price, provided these are cleared with them well in advance of the auction. Lease offers invited.
PRIOR SALE: All properties are subject to prior sale.
TERMS & CLOSING: Purchaser shall make a down payment at the conclusion of the auction of $15% of purchase price in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or good personal check secured by purchaser's personal demand note payable to Harold Helm, Auctioneer. Balance to be paid for a general warranty and insurable title on or before December 31, 2009. Taxes to be prorated to date of closing. Possession with deed.
REAL ESTATE PRORATIONS: Real estate taxes to be prorated to date of delivery of Deed on each Unit.
